About Us
Welcome to Tremont Gallery & Pearl Street Stamping. Both are owned and operated by sisters, Carla and Ann. Our stores are rooted in a tradition of building long-term relationships with customers while offering unique products at fair prices supported by excellent customer service. This legacy dates back to our family, who owned Tremont Lumber for over 50 years, providing quality lumber and building supplies. Carla and Ann opened Tremont Gallery in 2000 to offer a wide array of gifts and collectibles. In 2010, Pearl Street Stamping was added as a part of Tremont Gallery to sell stamping and card making supplies with opportunities for customers to foster creativity and camaraderie. Highest recommendation for papercraft supplies and unique gifts (for children to senior citizens). I live in Florida, but travel frequently to central Illinois and never miss visiting Tremont Gallery and it’s “store within a store” Pearl Street Stamping. The customer service is exceptional by the owners, Ann and Carla. They gift wrap any purchase for you in a selection of papers—FOR FREE! I have taken 2 card making classes, and they were worth more than what the fee was, both in quality of design concepts and level of expertise in teaching new, original card art. Also, check their website for the dates they have their completely free “make it and take it” sessions in their store.
